Nice hotel close Wilhelmshohe Park and the train Station, close at The tram stop. Good Breakfast at Buffet very good .

I had some special requests regarding my allergies, and Ms. Jennifer Hofer took care of all that with a genuine smile. She was very helpful and friendly. Further, Ms. Lea Sophie Franz took care of my special breakfast needs and took trouble checking on me regularly. The staff was outstanding, and everything else was perfect. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Spacious room and decent breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe and easy to get to the center by tram. Easy parking behind the hotel.

Location is very close to the main long-distance train station of Kassel (Wilhelmshöhe), i.e. just walk from the station. There is direct tram connections to the city center of Kassel, starting in front of the hotel (or in front of the train station, which is one tram stop away). Bed was very good. Friendly staff. Breakfast OK.

The location was excellent, very close to the UNESCO site and centre of town. Very clean and modern room, very comfy bed. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially Jarn at reception and bar. Who made time to talk us whilst very busy managing the reception and the bar. Follow your dreams Jarn, good luck.

Loved how it was just down the street from Bergpark! It was an easy team ride to the Christmas Market Square! It was a wonderful stay! Thank you!
