I had some special requests regarding my allergies, and Ms. Jennifer Hofer took care of all that with a genuine smile. She was very helpful and friendly. Further, Ms. Lea Sophie Franz took care of my special breakfast needs and took trouble checking on me regularly. The staff was outstanding, and everything else was perfect. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Location is very close to the main long-distance train station of Kassel (Wilhelmshöhe), i.e. just walk from the station. There is direct tram connections to the city center of Kassel, starting in front of the hotel (or in front of the train station, which is one tram stop away). Bed was very good. Friendly staff. Breakfast OK.

The location was excellent, very close to the UNESCO site and centre of town. Very clean and modern room, very comfy bed. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially Jarn at reception and bar. Who made time to talk us whilst very busy managing the reception and the bar. Follow your dreams Jarn, good luck.

Very friendly receptionist. Close to restaurants. We went to a very nice Greek restaurant nearby. There is also nice beer garden type restaurant. Spacious parking. Though it charges 8EUR, it is very convenient. Very nice breakfast with cautious COVID protection measures. There is also a bar from which you can take some beer to the outside terrace. In addition, I used a tread-mill in the gym with reservation to limit the number of users simultaneously.

The convenient location and the ticket included in the hotel price means that you can get anywhere very quickly from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
